If you are in the area and close to the Nereus Store in Batemans Bay you can choose to pick up your goods from the store for free.

Store Pickup lets you avoid shipping charges and pick up your order in our store at Shop 2/9 Clyde Street, Batemans Bay.

 During checkout, choose the ‘Store Pickup’ for shipping option. Place your order and wait to receive the ‘Ready for pickup’ e-mail. (This is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation e-mail.) Which lets you know once we have processed your order.

We’ll hold your items at the store for 14 days.

Bring to the store:

  • Your photo ID
  • Your order number
  • PayPal Receipt

You can pick up your order yourself or choose someone else to pick it up. Your pick up person will need to show his/her ID, the order number and a copy of the PayPal transaction confirmation email at the store.

Our Standard Delivery service* to Australia is free for orders over $200.00 and costs $15.00 for orders under this value.

Delivery can take up to 5 business days to metro areas and 7 business days to the rest of Australia (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delays may sometimes occur beyond the control of Nereus and we will advise you if this happens where we can.

Orders are shipped from our Store in Batemans Bay, NSW, will be delivered by Australia Post. Once your order leaves our store, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain your tracking link.

If you’re not around when delivery is attempted, the driver will either leave your order in a safe place or a calling card will be left telling you how you can collect your Nereus order.

*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. Nereus cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

$40 International Flat Rate Shipping

Orders are shipped from our Store in Batemans Bay, NSW, will be delivered by FedEX. Once your order leaves our store, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain your tracking link.

International shipments may be subject to customs and duty fees levied by their local government and are the customer’s responsibility. 

If you refuse an international shipment you will have the return shipping as well as any customs/duties/fees associated with the order removed from your refund or store credit. Should this amount exceed the entire amount of your order you will receive no money back nor any store credit.

International Shipments take roughly a week however please allow up to three weeks due to the potential intervention of forces beyond our control.
